Atavi.com is a service for storing and synchronizing user's bookmarks, as well as managing them using the site http://atavi.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website" or "Service").

1. Terms Status

5. Limitation of Liability of SOFTLAB CORP.LLP

6.1 The user may at any time terminate use of the Service by deleting his or her user account using the special function, or by sending a letter with a request to delete an account to firstname.lastname@example.org.

6.5 If any disputes or disagreement arise related to implementation of these Terms, the User and SOFTLAB CORP.LLP will exert all efforts for their resolution through negotiations. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
